Overthinking And Procrastination
Are you overthinking and procrastinating ?
Hey yes you ! Talking to you only stressed? Not being productive? All day along procrastination? Not after reading this I bet so here we go:
Look if your mind works in linear way you have to go in straight path there is no way to take any turn now you are going straight and suddenly crossroad comes now you got trapped where to go? You got diverted from the straight and linear path. Now what happens as you are trapped day passes slowly slowly you lost your motivation and eventually it dies and in this situation "you are wasting time too". Now you are wasting time you are piling up the things which you have to do for your betterment and sustainability. This builds the stress and you are in situation in which if You are with your friends your are not enjoying the moment as all are doing and on the same hand you are not able to figure out the situation also so this is the outer problem now let's look out root of this actually what happened?
Fear or stress : people don't work because they are continuously getting feared that the work I am doing is enough for my goals? I'll ever achieve success? And instead of putting effort in action you waste time you got exhausted and start seeking the relaxation and you tend to do only relaxation only .
Problem is that your are not finding true solution instead of it you are seeking the temporary relaxation.
Monotony : you are continuously doing hard work but suddenly you hit Boredom And you took long break and you not able to come out of that break and start overthinking doing planning daily making plans and getting satisfied by making plans only and continuously skipping daily tasks.
Lack of routine: One day you work very harder but another day you start taking rest. You work only according to your mood. You always waiting for the motivation to come and on the same time you are getting stressed. Stress may come from anything relationship, friends, etc. You don't have routine so you.
Stress May come from anything relationships , friends anything.
Now you built the healthy habits of procrastination and start wasting time.
Both over thinking and procrastination are coexisting and codependent.
Change language of few things.
You have goals and career in your life but when any problem comes to you .You treat them as a primary and your goals and career become secondary.
You think your career can wait let solve this shitty problem and you get trapped in this loop!
You have to break this loop.
Bring weight in your language. Give weightage to your goals.You don't give your time to the things other than your goals make them primary. You think let's solve everything else you can achieve goals later on ? You are wrong
Many people get trapped in planning and get stressed and start seeking pleasure.
What can you give to your goals and career? A word PURPOSE.
What is purpose of your life? Your identity is connected to it you will be identified by what you become. Whatever you are student or anyone who's Having his goals Make purpose.
Mountain you have created. you will break it easily don't worry. You escape from your work as you have options. Close yourself in a room with books and do only study . This is not possible! So play with your mind make purpose what you are doing? Whatever work you will do today it will reflect you in future. You are not working because you have created load by compiling your work.Start working don't do 8 hours of work in a day start by half an hour make habit
Do the work to beat stress instead of seeking pleasure and escaping from work.
